Who Should Go to The Recruiting Automation Summit

Recruiting is moving into a new era. Recruiters have to wear many different hats, manage their company reputation, provide a hospitable candidate experience, and source for roles that didn’t exist a few years ago, all while delivering on aggressive hiring goals.

Welcoming New Leaders Across Product, Business Development and Marketing

As a company that specializes in helping other companies find the best candidates, we pride ourselves on "walking the talk" and hiring the best talent in the industry. To that end, I couldn't be more excited to announce the addition of three senior executives to the Entelo team. Gaurav Kataria, Mike Trigg and Yasmin Zarabi will help us fuel Entelo as it reshapes the talent acquisition industry by helping companies to hire better. Please join me in welcoming these three to the team!

Can a Handshake Be Replaced? Seattle Talent Pros Discuss the Future of Recruiting

Automation was the word on the tip of everyone’s tongue as talent acquisition leaders from the Seattle area gathered at Payscale’s offices just south of CenturyLink field for Recruiting @ Scale: Seattle. At its heart, recruiting is still about connecting people with opportunities and persuading them to take the leap to something new and exciting. And the truth is, that will probably never ever be fully automated. The key, then, for those of us in talent acquisition is to figure out how we can strategically leverage technology without losing the very human skills and attributes that make us effective recruiters in the first place.
