Talent acquisition is generally about finding and hiring talented professionals. As SilkRoad’s VP of Customer Experience, I love hearing these success stories. Personally and professionally, the best part of my career leading global Talent Acquisition (TA) teams or building global strategies with hundreds of leaders has been launching programs that hire some of the most impactful professionals on the planet.
Earlier this year, Entelo hosted one of our most successful webinars in our company’s history (link to recap here) focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. One of the key components of our webinar’s success was its combination of DE&I insights and best practices from TA leaders at companies such as Amazon, Schneider Electric and others but also being combined with the data and trends leveraged in Entelo’s database of 500M+ professionals.
As Entelo’s Vice President of Customer Success, I’m proud that each day our team helps drive DEI strategies around the world. I have the unique role of being immersed in the world of hundreds of innovative customers, including a large portion of the Fortune 500 utilizing Entelo to power sourcing and hiring their most critical hires. In discussing strategies with their Talent Acquisition leadership from all industries and locations worldwide, one thing is certain: TA leaders and their teams are facing one of the busiest summers in recent memory. Not only are there a record number of applicants, but sourcers and recruiters have become one of the most in-demand roles.
There has been an unbelievable amount of change over the past year. From a global pandemic to social and political unrest to a total change in how we work around the world. Throughout these tumultuous times, Entelo has worked to remain a constant force for good.
First off, to all of our customers: Thank You. When I joined Entelo 6 months ago (and mid-global pandemic) as our VP of Customer Success, I was beyond excited.
