LaszloBock.pngLaszlo Bock is someone who has done as much as anyone to advance the field of talent management. In his ten years as Google's SVP of People Operations, Laszlo helped the company scale rapidly and intentionally by developing a growth model of "attracting, developing, retaining, and delighting" employees.

He later shared many of those lessons in the best-selling book, Work Rules!

Now, as the founder and CEO of humu, Laszlo plans to “make work better through science, machine learning, and a little bit of love.” Fresh off his keynote at HR Tech 2017, Laszlo sat down with Entelo CEO Jon Bischke to share his thoughts on recruiting, hiring, and what's on the horizon for his next endeavor.

Listen in to hear Laszlo and Jon discuss:

  • Why culture is so fundamental to an organization’s success
  • What makes bias the biggest issue in recruiting and what orgs can do about it
  • Which companies have been particularly innovative in their hiring approaches
