When it comes to conference attendance, like most things in life, a little preparation can go a long way. Next week, the HR technology industry’s biggest confab, HR Tech, descends on Las Vegas’ Venetian Hotel and Casino for four days of panels, presentations, networking, product demos, a few parties, perhaps a gondola ride, and, yes, maybe even a bit of gambling.
With so much happening, arriving with a plan of action is worth its weight in gold. So here’s a rundown of the true can’t miss speakers, events, parties, and attractions during your time in Vegas for HR Tech 2017. Oh, and in case you were wondering, your friends at Entelo will be there, too.

What to pack:
Weather is Las Vegas unsurprisingly tends to run pretty hot most of the year and next week is no different with highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-60s at night, so definitely bring some summer clothes. But be aware that the casinos are well air-conditioned which means a light jacket could come in use indoors. Also, don’t forget to bring your swim trunks, because the Venetian has multiple pools and beaches you can take enjoy during your stay.
And don’t forget to say hi!
For the second year in a row, Hiring on all Cylinders is the podcast sponsor of HR Tech and we’ll be livestreaming and recording episodes near the entrance throughout the conference. We’ll also have a booth (Booth # 2928) where you get some sweet swag and demo our brand new product, Envoy. Oh yeah, and we're hosting a little getogether at the Minus5 ice bar Wednesday night that you're invited to.
See you in Vegas!
