It’s been an exciting past few months for Entelo, as we welcomed in a new CEO and completed an expansion of one of our most powerful integrations. Today, we add one more reason for celebration to the list – the appointment of our new VP of Customer Success, Andre Boulais.

With over 15 years of experience building global recruiting strategies for hundreds of companies and a regular speaker for SHRM, DisruptHR, SourceCon and more, Andre’s regarded as one of the leading voices on what’s next in Talent Acquisition. This impressive leadership track was exemplified at Salesforce, where he directly managed multiple teams and the sourcing efforts of a 45 person talent acquisition team for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud division during a 3 year period of explosive growth where they grew their global employee headcount by over 225%.
Andre joins Entelo from Jobvite, where he spent the last five years creating, building and leading the Professional Services division focused on multiple Jobvite products. By working alongside hundreds of Talent Acquisition leaders from startups to Fortune 500 encompassing every industry and across 6 continents, Andre and his teams were able to leverage their experience to not only build best-in-class strategies but help deliver consistent measurable ROI and customer success.
