What do you do at Entelo?
I’m part of the Customer Success team. As a Sr. Customer Success Manager, I help our customer meet their diversity goals.
What brought you to Entelo?
I’ve always been interested in the HR space. I received an email from the former Dir. of CS and was impressed he found me. I now have learned the message was "sent on behalf of" through Entelo, but it worked! I was looking to transition away from healthcare. I liked the office location, overlooking the water, and was very interested in this progressive company.
What keeps you at Entelo?
The CS team is by far what keeps me here. That bond between the team is very strong. The team provides support and a new perspective in a safe space. Additionally, the product is helping people find work. We’re helping companies find talented, qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds from underrepresented minority groups.
What fuels your passion for DEI?
Having a lot of friends from underrepresented minority groups, seeing the struggles they face; joining Entelo allows me to make an impact and drive change. I learned personable skills working retail, serving in restaurants, but always desired to get into the private sector. Now I can help people who want to pivot from these roles into careers.
What do you do when you’re not working?
Biking, running and yoga are my favorite things to do right now.
Next item on your bucket list?
Start a clothing lifestyle brand. I’ve drafted my logo but I’m taking an organic approach on what I’ll be making.
