You've probably heard about our recent integrations, Diversity product, and mobile app, so here's just a handful of the recent updates we've made to our tool!
Batch Export to ATS
Our list feature, where you can group candidates based on criteria you determine, has always been a fan favorite. Now, if you've activated integration to Jobvite or Greenhouse, you can mass export entire lists of candidates into your ATS. This is particularly useful once candidates have reached a certain lifecycle stage (for example, they're in a 'Contacted' or 'Interested' list), and can also help your team stay on the same page and avoid stepping on eachother's toes when sourcing or reaching out.
Advanced Location Options
Previously, users could search using city, state, or zip code queries. Now, we've added regional capabilities to enable search by regions such as the EU, as well as made a pre-set group of all English-speaking nations. Also, the option to search by specific country now appears in Location options, allowing users to take advantage of our considerable international coverage. (Did you know there are over 1500 Java developers in South Africa? How about that!)
