Sourcers, recruiters, and other talent pros far and wide are invited to participate in the sourcing pentathlon designed to showcase the cream of the hiring crop. Whether you're a seasoned expert with a knack for finding people, or a newbie on the scene looking to hone your competitive edge, join us! Building out sourcing strategies, hunting down top candidates, and filling open reqs is all part of the job, so why not have even more fun with it? The first place winner receives a $2,500 cash prize, and the runner-up will be awarded $500 and a full scholarship to The Sourcing Institute to earn their Diploma in Sourcing and Recruiting.
