Jeremy Evans, Vice President of Customer Success at Entelo
Joining as Vice President of Customer Success at Entelo, Jeremy Evans will lead all post-sale activities including customer support, professional services, implementation, education and customer training. Evans has spent his career building and running world-class customer success, professional services and support organizations for SaaS businesses including New Relic and Marin Software.
Mike Burkland, Executive Chairman and former CEO at Five9
Executive Chairman and former CEO at Five9, Mike Burkland, joins the Entelo Board of Directors as an independent board member, where he will offer assistance in developing strategic direction for the company. After serving as CEO of Five9 for nearly a decade, Burkland has a proven track record of improving a company’s strategic direction, financial success and operational excellence. During his time as CEO, Five9 revenue increased by 20x to more than $200 million annually and the company's valuation increased by more than 100x. Before Five9, he was the CEO of a handful of enterprise software and cloud companies and has also led three private companies through successful acquisitions by larger public companies.
Rob Bernshteyn, CEO of Coupa Software
Rob Bernshteyn is the CEO of Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP), a leader in business spend management. As the latest advisor to Entelo, Bernshteyn will bring more than two decades of experience in the software industry, having served as part of the executive management team at SuccessFactors, and held management roles at Siebel Systems, McKinsey and Accenture.
This year is shaping up to be extremely eventful for the Entelo team. This news follows several important developments, including the general availability of Entelo Envoy, the launch of Entelo Insights and the inaugural Recruiting Automation Summit where Entelo welcomed nearly 500 individuals to discuss the next wave of innovation in hiring, recruiting automation.
