Entelo is excited to announce the newest addition to our leadership team! Carlo Caoile joins as our new Senior Director of Sales, and is responsible for driving sales and go to market strategies for Entelo.
Carlo has over 15 years of experience in the SAAS market. He has extensive experience selling into SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise and SLED.
“I found myself enjoying the process [of sales] and understanding that sales was a place where you could develop relationships and also talk to people and understand what they're trying to solve for. And that's what I based my career on," Carlo says.
Prior to joining Entelo, Carlo was a Regional Vice President of Sales for HireVue. Before that, he worked for Cornerstone OnDemand and Jobvite, expanding on his experience in HR Tech. He has a track record of developing collaborative and high performing teams who are focused on the needs of the customers and delivering the right solutions.
“What excited me about joining Entelo was not only being able to collaboratively be able to work with a team that we already have in place and help them excel at what they do and be really successful," Carlo explains. "But also have a chance to create a different sales environment than what you would typically find with transparency and trust."
