While it’s been a bit quieter on the Entelo blog as of late, we’ve been working on something BIG behind the scenes and we’re excited to finally be able to share the news with you.

Announced just this morning, Entelo has acquired ConveyIQ, the leading candidate engagement platform for screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This is a giant leap forward for the Entelo recruiting automation suite, making way for the creation of the most powerful – and only – end-to-end sourcing to hire recruitment platform. To fuel such an ambitious undertaking, Entelo has also secured a new round of venture funding.

Excitement and celebrations aside, what does this really mean for the future of Entelo and our customers? Sitting down with founder of ConveyIQ Danielle Weinblatt on our latest episode of Hiring On All Cylinders, Entelo founder and CEO Jon Bischke breaks it down.

Although the HR tech industry has seen plenty of mergers and acquisitions throughout its lifetime, as Jon points out, “that has really meant someone’s technology bolted on to someone else’s technology.” That’s not what’s happening here. “What we’re doing today is truly the first time in the history of HR tech where you will now have the opportunity to manage end-to-end the engagement of a candidate through all of the lifecycle - from first touch point with a candidate all the way through the application process - using one system.”

The acquisition also presents an incredible opportunity for the ConveyIQ team and their customers, one that Danielle discusses in detail on the ConveyIQ blog. In particular, the new Entelo President and Chief of Product notes that ConveyIQ customers can expect to see “greater investment across every part of the business and witness an amazing innovation that helps with pre-apply engagement and sourcing.”

Over the next few weeks, the Entelo and ConveyIQ teams will be putting heads together to put the final touches on a unified vision and roadmap for the coming year. Stay tuned for more on that, but in the meantime, feel free to chat with one of our product experts today.
