Much is deservedly said about the importance of company culture. After all, candidates want to work at cool companies where they will genuinely enjoy coming into the office. As you pitch your company to candidates, you should be able to fire off a handful of items that make your company exciting and unique.

This goes along with the importance of building a relationship with candidates and showing them you are taking an interest in their career to help them find the best fit. When you take the time to understand a candidate, they're much more likely to be receptive to your messaging, and you'll be more likely to eventually put them in a role they'll love. Everybody wins!

Similarly to the previous tweet, this one from RecruitingBlogs is great advice for hooking your candidate. Converting a top candidate is much more difficult than sourcing them, but aligning their passions with company projects can be a great way to get them across the goal line.
