This can set you on a path to uncover talents' true skills and start to conceive of what other roles in your organization might be an even better fit.

Remember that your job isn't over once the offer letter is accepted, or even after the candidate is fully onboarded. Top candidates do not immediately translate to engaged employees, and further, you need to see that they are on a path to develop their skills and grow with the company. #nice.
