Each year, the American Business Awards bestow the coveted Stevie awards on organizations and business
The Entelo platform leverages big data, predictive analytics and social signals to help recruiting organizations find, qualify and engage with indemand talent and spot potential candidates who may be ready to make a move, even before they begin actively searching.
In the Fall 2013, Entelo launched Hiring for Good, a new social impact program designed to improve communities and foster the next generation of tech talent. To kick off the initiative, Entelo partnered with CodeEd, a nonprofit that teaches computer science, programing and coding to underprivileged middle-school girls. For every new hire Entelo customers make using the company’s next-generation recruiting tools, Entelo donates a year’s worth of instruction for one young woman in the CodeEd program.
VP of Product and co-founder John McGrath leads engineering and product development at Entelo. An experienced developer specializing in SaaS and data engineering, he is a three-time entrepreneur.
Entelo Sonar identifies potential candidates by analyzing over 70 variables to indicate when a prime candidate is ready to change jobs, even before they begin actively looking for a new opportunity.
Our fearless leader, CEO Jon Bischke, made the following comment about the Stevies:
"We’re proud to have Entelo selected as a finalist for the Stevies. It not only recognizes the achievements of our team over the last few years, but also those of our many customers who are using Entelo to gain a competitive advantage in building great teams.”
