Led by blockbusters like This American Life, Serial and WTF with Marc Maron, podcasts have doubled in popularity since 2008. As of 2019, 51% of Americans have listened to a podcast, 22% listening in weekly. In fact, podcasts are so popular that every topic under the sun now has podcasts dedicated to it, including, you guessed it, recruiting.
