Not content with their already impressive array of recruiting wisdom, sourcing news hub SourceCon recentlysourcecon logo entelo added another resource to their repertoire. In addition to their regular schedule of blog posts, news updates, webinars, and of course their flagship conference, SourceCon now features a Quora-esque Q&A site dedicated to fostering discussion among recruiting pros everywhere. While still small, conversations in SourceCon.qa have steadily snowballed, and currently, you can find lively discussion about many burning recruiting questions at any given time. Read on for more info on this exciting new Q&A board, as well as some examples of key contributers and top discussions.

According to the site's about page, the board is more geared towards locking in actionable solutions to existing problems recruiters face every day. In keeping with this, much of the discussion gears around evaluating new tools and comparing existing ones.

As you can see, three of the current popular posts gear around recruiting tech, as well as key emergences such that would have been discussed at SourceCon Atlanta. Also of note is the tagging feature, allowing quick browsing of the most popular topics, and the vote score next to the author's name. Functioning similarly to Reddit karma, the most active and most upvoted users accrue points, which can act as a needle to gauge credibility.

SourceCon has a history of creating high-value, extensive, cohesive resources. Although in it's infancy, SourceCon.qa is primed to emerge as a key community for sourcers to compare notes, network, and find solutions to evergreen recruitment issues. Because the community is still relatively small, now is the time the establish yourself as a respected, active user. Getting in at the ground level of this site could pay off huge dividends for your personal brand as a recruiter, as well as provide you with crucial information to find your organization's next rockstar.
