The second day of The Recruiting Automation Summit was larger than life, with over 300 attendees from different industries and factions of talent acquisition, all gathering to hear from authors, analysts, leaders in recruiting and from one another. Leading off with Billy Beane, who shared his personal experience bringing predictive analytics to the world of baseball, all the way through the final session in which Robin Ericson from Bersin by Deloitte pulled back the curtain on the secrets behind high-performing TA teams, attendees learned, networked, and tweeted through a full day of amazing content.
