Maximize ROI on the solution. For managers of talent teams, get a bird’s eye view of your team’s activity and compare individual recruiter activity. The reporting lets you understand which recruiters are up-to-speed on Entelo’s full set of capabilities, and which recruiters may need more training.
Prevent sensitive information from being exposed. Many recruiting teams are trusted with hiring roles that require discretion (CEO change, anyone?) and need to separate recruiting activities and candidate feedback between teams.
