As a savvy HR pro with your head on an eternal swivel for the latest developments in organizational Innovations_feature_imgtechnologies, you're probably intimately aware of the Profiles in Diversity Journal. Today, we're pleased to announce Entelo has landed atop their top 10 list of key innovators, due in no small part to the recent release of our bold sourcing tool, Entelo Diversity.

Here's a bit more about the awards, as told by Diversity Journal themselves:

Each year, the July/August issue of Profiles in Diversity Journal is dedicated to recognizing companies, nonprofits, and government agencies that take diversity and inclusion to the next level by developing innovative programs that enable and encourage their employees to thrive at work.

Diversity recruiting has been a hot button issue of late as companies make strikes to close the gender gap, particularly in STEM positions. Google, Facebook, Ebay, and others have all released extensive data about the demographics of their own employees, and across the board, the conclusion seems to be that there's much work to be done. Recently, we pulled some data of our own to see which companies are doing the best in diversity, and shared it with our friends over at Bloomberg:

Diversity Journal goes on to explain more about our new Diversity tool:

In less than one month since its launch, Entelo Diversity has garnered tremendous interest for its innovative, social-based algorithmic approach, and elevated the discussion about the importance of diversity, particularly in the technology sector. The product has been featured in a number of high-profile outlets, including the Wall Street JournalForbes, CNET, and CIO Magazine. Within 30 days of product launch, the company had either fielded inquiries from, or begun discussion with, nearly half of the Fortune 100.

We are thrilled to receive another prestigious recognition for our attempts to help organizations build great teams. Want to learn more about Entelo Diversity? Request a personalized demo and we'll give you a full, 100% free tour!
