Awesome Company Culture Videos Part II

A great company video can go a long way. It can function as a recruitment tool, a display of your mission and values, and perhaps even as sales enablement to show your prospects the kind of people they're working with. A while back, we listed off a few of our favorite videos, and since then we've found a handful of others that were a delight to watch. Read on to see a few more great examples of company videos, as well as some procedural looks at them from a high level.

 

Work at SmartRecruiters 

Our friends over at SmartRecruiters have put together an excellent video that shows off their people putting the company into their very own words. There's a guerrilla like approach to each sound byte, with employees appearing at their desks having been asked something along the lines of "What do you love about SmartRecruiters?"

 

 

GS Office Culture

The folks over at Guave Studios took a very unique approach with their company video -- there's no dialogue. Instead, what you see is a montage of employees in their element: hard at work, goofing off, or socializing. The key thing here is that Guave Studios isn't just showing off their culture, they're showing off their video production skills, presumably as they are a company specializing in video production.

Not so much a company culture video as a video about company culture, this TEDx talk is a fascinating look at the role of involving creativity to invigorate workplaces.
