Entelo's Favorite 4 LinkedIn Bloggers

LinkedIn has really doubled down on the content side of things lately, encouraging members to publish their ideasScreen_Shot_2014-09-25_at_12.10.52_PM and blog articles directly to the site. LinkedIn Pulse can help you monitor what's new, and following bloggers directly will mean your feed is more than notifications of people's work anniversaries. Here's a handful of LinkedIn bloggers to follow to fill your LinkedIn experience with top HR content.

1. Paul Petrone

Though not a Recruiter in the traditional sense, Paul is a lucid writer and does a great job of framing HR & Hiring issues within pop culture, as well as covering the strategies of exciting companies. Have a look at his recently published pieces and tell me you wouldn't click a couple of these:

2. J.T. O'Donnell

The CEO of CareerRealism has been around block a few times. With over 18 years experience in the industry, J.T. knows every part of the recruiting funnel and and how it applies to the business from a bird's eye view. Whether you're a sourcer or a Director of HR, J.T.'s work can offer you some serious insight.

3. Alan Collins

As the Founder of Success in HR, former VP of HR at Pepsi, and author of several HR books, Alan is exactly the type of influencer the fine folks at LinkedIn were hoping would find a home on their channel. Doesn't hurt that he hails from the storied and universally revered Purdue University. Boiler up.

4. Paul Drury

As a talented writer who's found a niche in the HR publishing world, Paul covers a vast expanse of talent-related topics. Whether it's hiring, navigating office politics, or telling your child you've been fired, Paul draws from personal experience and has a beat on emerging HR trends.  Paul, perhaps unwittingly, riffed on Entelo a bit, and it's an interesting op-ed looking at recruitment technology from a new angle. Mr. Drury not only discusses organizational processes, like the other publishers listed here, but covers work-related issues from the point of view of the individual, considering other elements beyond career trajectory.
