We’ve joined forces with the Sourcing Institute to bring you the first sourcing decathlon of 2015 – 10 challenges ranging from a scavenger hunt to find candidate phone numbers, to building out your own strategy to source highly specialized candidates.
The first place winner will receive a $2,500 cash prize, and the runner-up will be awarded complimentary training sessions from the Sourcing Institute for an official diploma in sourcing and recruiting, and a collection of SI President Shally Steckerl’s top 10 reads to boost your talent hunting skills. Pretty sweet, right?

The contest officially starts on March 24 at SourceCon 2015 Seattle, but we’re giving you and the best sourcers on the team to claim your seat for this competition now – and you can participate even if you're not attending SouceCon. (Note: The World's Greatest Sourcer challenge is not affiliated with the SourceCon Challenge.)
