Ahead of Twitter's announcement of Q2 performance later today, specifics about the micro blogging tool's performance is the topic of much speculation. In addition to questions about user growth, engagement, and ad revenue, many are looking critically at the high level personnel changes, and whether this signals trouble or promise.
