Recruiting Software Platform Entelo Sees 56% Bookings Growth Quarter-over-Quarter, Adds 40 Corporate Customers

Growth Accelerated by Launch of Entelo Diversity, the World’s First Search Engine for Diversity Recruiting

SAN FRANCISCO (July 7, 2014)— Entelo today announces a record-setting second quarter with a 56% sequential increase in bookings from the first quarter of 2014 and current 240% year-over-year revenue growth. Entelo closed 40 new corporate customers in the quarter including Allstate, AT&T, Marin Software, Salesforce, UPS and Zenefits.

With its tremendous growth, Entelo is narrowing the gap between talent-hungry recruiters and the most qualified candidates. With advanced filtering and sophisticated Boolean search capabilities, recruiters can search for and rank active and passive candidates based on skill relevance, expertise and availability. Entelo’s newest tool Entelo Diversity launched in April 2014 and received widespread coverage in the press. Entelo Diversity fosters the hiring of top talent from under-represented groups to improve diversity within organizations.

“To win the war for talent, companies must snag in-demand top talent before the competition,” said Jon Bischke, CEO of Entelo. “This demand for talented employees has led corporations large and small to Entelo to tap vast, data-rich social profiles of active and passive candidates to find and hire the very best workers.”

Entelo’s rapid growth can be attributed in part to the company’s launch of Entelo Diversity, a recruiting search engine that uses a proprietary algorithm to find candidates whose social profiles indicate a high probability of certain demographic characteristics such as race, gender and veteran status. Entelo Diversity provides safeguards to make sure that the tool can only be used to source candidates from under-represented groups, not to discriminate or violate employment laws.

“Before Entelo, recruiting for diversity was costly and time-consuming, but as businesses realize that a more diverse workforce can have tangible top and bottom line benefits, they want to invest in recruiting diverse employees,” said Bischke. “Diversity is driving productivity, innovation and profit for our customers.”

In addition to substantial revenue and customer growth, Entelo was recently named to Bessemer Venture Partners Cloudscape’s Top Private Cloud Companies List and selected as a Red Herring Top 100 finalist. For more information or to get a free tour of the Entelo platform, visit www.entelo.com.
